I work with a really great brokerage, KW, and they having a global presence have affiliated market boards for members only to utilize, so if you belong to or work with a major brokerage check with them and see if they have anything similar.

Would it be possible to do something similar but not exactly like a BRRR where you buy a NPN for a major discount, get it reperforming, and then use the increase in value to "borrow" against it and get your original capital back out?
