Your loan probably technically doesn't allow this because there is a "due on sale clause" but I have never heard of a loan being called as long as it's being paid My advice to you would be to screen potential property managers, read reviews then set it up to be managed by them.

If you are new new I would do what others have suggested and house hack, buy a 1-4 unit with an FHA loan, live in one, and rent the others, I wish I had done this when I first started.

If you purchase a property with no loan such that you are not leveraging your money, you are missing out on a big advantage of investing in RE and you may be better off investing in stocks as it is much more passive.
