I know have one of my partners run the sign up table as I help keep the flow of the meeting.To market the meetup: I created a website, advertise on the meetup section of BP, facebook, facebook groups, and send out an email/calendar invite so that it automatically is put unto the individuals calendar.Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

I tell applicants that "if" everything on the application checks out, then I'll be sending the invitation to do the credit check.When they've got to that point, I'm the one crossing my fingers hoping they work out, since I've already decided they seem like people I could work with.I've never had to turn an applicant down -- I make a point of re-stating the requirements and why, and I also talk about my responsibility to the neighborhood to bring in residents who will be a positive addition to the community.

Arrangements like the one you suggest (where the agent gets a share of the revenue or an equity split) are way outside the norm, and outside the scope of a listing agreement - you'd likely need an attorney to draft such a partnership or JV, you may need affiliated business disclosures and other documents to comply with numerous federal laws, and these are not deals a real estate agent can necessarily enter into without their broker's awareness and consent.
