What do any of you do when it comes to the return address when implementing a direct mail campaign?

Hello BP, I am in the process of finalizing the AppFolio as the PM software for my in-house PM team (100 unit MFR) and wanted to hear any negatives from others who have implemented this software very recently (Ideally 2015 or late 2014; Note that they have added lot of functionality very recently including Alerts/reminders etc).

If you are self-employed and have no full time employees, a Solo 401k might be a good option, as it can be implemented more cost-effectively in California.There is a ton of good information here on BP on these topics.  

So, the house would make a great buy and hold for us but my husband is worried that the fire damage on the neighboring properties will result in a low appraisal once we get a tenant and look to implement BRRR.

I know that these units have a pretty high occupancy rate, but from what I've seen so far in the few properties I've checked out, RUBS is not implemented in this area (based on a very small sample size).
