She has already shown my building 3 times to prospects and is waiting to receive feedback from one who is very interested.  

- Maintenance/Repairs- Bad/Messy Tenants- Turnover/Vacancy-OtherThoughts and feedback are appreciated.

So my question is: Should I apply for a conventional home loan as an individual or go for a business LOC or loan to finance my first property.Other details:- Looking at multi-unit properties (3-4 units)- Looking to finance about $20-$50K (LOC for $20k or Home loan for $50kAny and all feedback welcomed.

As always, I truly appreciate the wealth of knowledge and unbiased feedback I get from BP's subscribers.

So for some constructive feedback here Is mine1. the letters are all canned someone on BP or some other place has written stock letters and wholesalers not really having any original material they just copy what they read from others.. so all these letters basically say exact same thing and scream of form letter from newbie.2.

Here is what we are trying to accomplish and I would love feedback from the BP Pro world.We have 4-10 Investors with a total of $400-500kInvestors to get 12-15% return on their investment in a year with quarterly paymentsWe would purchase a property (50-75k all in) to rehab.

Please give me feedback and advice
