I’ve been trying to stay focused in that aspect also. 

My brother and I really wanted to focus on BRRR but as people have noticed, really hard to make it work in LA.

I am a partner and co-founder of Blackworth Capital, a company that focuses on purchasing real estate through out Florida, and am interested in growing my business into Atlanta.

There are prolly some other items you want to do before needing to communicate with a CPA.1) You should develop a real estate strategy based on your strengths - Will you be a buy and hold investor, fix and flipper or focus on short-term renting.

But I actually think it's good to have people on the podcast occasionally that don't focus totally on real estate to show a different perspective and strategy .

I just need to keep my own goals in mind and keep my focus on my goals without comparing to others.4.

Because I'm not up to my eyeballs in business, I can focus all of my available time on your needs.As the owner of a small brokerage, I'll promote the personal service.  

Some folks like Robby Woods from NoteMBA seem to like to travel to meet borrowers, but personally I'd rather have my vendors do the borrower contact so I can focus on building the portfolio. 

Im invested out of the Memphis, TN area and my partner and I focus on wholesaling (for now).

Focusing on Rehabs and rentals.
