I have noticed that Rentec Direct is almost always cheaper no matter how many units you are managing, plus it has an accounting feature that can be synced up to quickbooks.

So it wasn't all bad I got to spend lots of time with my family and a drew max unemployment but compared to my regular wages was basically nothing.
