Just starting out....Day 1
Hey everyone, first day as a member of the Bigger Pockets family. Supper excited! So my wife and I love the idea of obtaining enough rental properties that I will be able to retire. My goal is in the next ten years. I have never quoted what repairs would cost. Any idea how to get an accurate estimate. I feel that the first property will be the most critical for our success.
