I thought that you might find it interesting that by coincidence attached  a link to one of my past consulting projects that I left in 2015 as there were many problems with the developers and vision as well as the feasibility of the B2 building.

I am just looking for options that might make this feasible.

Pennsylvania does seem like a much more feasible option. 

I do not know in your area how feasible it is to cash flow $1,200 on one rented unit while still paying a note for two units but for my area that is not very realistic.

They would be a good place to check the feasibility and availability of what you are looking for. 

Its not feasible to run out and show the property to every person that clicked on the listing who may be just looking, still a few months out, looking for someone else, etc.

I would like to propose an idea and all of those knowledgeable in the area feel free to chime in because I am not sure if this is actually feasible.
