If they don't cancel but fail to take pay rent and take possession on the agreed-upon date, I terminate their lease and they forfeit the deposit.You lost a month of rent by holding it off the market and then lost another month waiting for them to show up and make good on their promise. 

Many times the whole drain assembly under the bath tub has failed/leaks. 

The last thing you want is to get sued by a homeowner that you failed to help who ended up losing their home.

Why do you think so many businesses fail due to partnership squabbles?

I know were a good amount of the  inventory comes from it is burnt out landlord or failed landlord.. 

I understand that it may come off that I’m planning to fail or not be successful with that kind of mindset but just thought the schooling would come in handy.

However, if the PM is directed to perform a duty and fails to carry out that duty, causing liability to the owner, then the PM might be held liable to the owner.In the end, everyone gets dragged into the mud. 

This is a very small self storage facility, 22 units, and pretty old, block construction from 1965, not maintained at all, but functional, just everything is at the end of its life re: roof not failing, but not far from failing, asphalt failing, doors are rusty, limited places with vinyl siding is falling off, etc. 

Hi Shiloh,If you think about it, there is absolutely no difference in "Schools" schools are just building with teachers in them all teaching the same government (mostly useless to the student) regulated things.They are all the same, the only difference is between the children who attend (of fail to attend) them.That is what they are rating, the children and not the schools.
