"Additional interest" at least gives notification if tenant fails to pay/coverage is in jeopardy of cancellation (but know that this extends no coverage to landlord).

There are some other coverage types that may pop up from time to time like ERC (Extended Replacement Cost) or GRC (Guaranteed Replacement Cost), but these don't seem to be the norm when it comes to investor policies.Co-Insurance - 80% or 90% co-insurance simply means that the insured / investor "could" become a co-insurer after a loss if they don't keep correct limits/values on file.
