I was told to call my credit card companies and get them to up my limit. 

I also opened a Discover cash back credit card, which I still use all the time and pay down before any interest accrues.

The generations that played videogames day and night are now grown ups, I see multimillionaires spending a lot of money on "Collectible Pokémon cards", and they are the same ones buying lands in the metaverse.

Because I was laid off, I have fallen behind on bills, credit cards, etc. so much so that i cannot afford to keep living in my home.

You'll need someone that paint and install laminate/vinyl for turnovers. .You need a plumbing company for clearing drains, and replacing water heaters, get one that has a system for working with landlords.I have found that companies that have the best prices are use to working with landlords and they usually have a system in place for dealing with tenanted properties and will call tenants directly for appointments, bill a credit card on file, and tell you prices up front for standard things (though there are often special circumstances esp with plumbing)You'll also need an HVAC company and an appliance repair guy.

I have not had a title on my business cards in years.I'll tell you this as a home builder, mini of the new construction loans I do they're always having to look for a home builder that I'll come in as the general partner who has actual HUD statements and relevant building experience in the last 3 years.  

Having that on the books means they get to lend MORE than $4k out as credit card debt at 18%, or mortgage debt at 6.5%!

I have done this for a while instead of a debit card. 

We're paying for repairs with a company credit card.
