Williamson county has a very good school system. I've noticed the schools in FSSD are good but the free-lunch ratio is high. Secondly, the county property tax rate for FSSD is also high at $2.679.Other posts mentioned...

You could then essentially market those deals before you market them on the mls(even though you would eventually put it on the mls), still bringing your buyers "off market" deals.
