In most cases the general public has no idea what the designations mean.

Airy was designed to have more of an suburban feel (homes with a good amount of outdoor space, larger amounts of green space, singles and twins, are more abundant than row homes here) in and urban environment. 

I've also always had a knack and passion for interior design and colors and layouts.

Even if its just collecting leads from craigslist, designing a postcard, making an offer, cold calling leads it will help to keep you moving forward.The gurus have their expensive classes and they claim its because they want you to have this feeling of being committed.

I have already contacted Hallmark for a 'Thank You For Not Competing' card design, but...

When it comes to flips, I can lay tile and paint, etc... but I'm more of the "designer," haha.

How did you come up with design of the house?

I don't have a flair for graphic design or writing.
