If she can use her own home's equity and develop a relationship with the bank, she may not even need to have a financing contingency as long as there is another contingency that the bank can follow-up on (e.g. appraisal contingency, termite inspection, etc.).Forgive me for debating you on this, but I am always reminded that my best deals are the ones that I leveraged other people's money as much as possible.
