Hello to all BP members, I'm a new member and from what I see so far, this is a great site for investor's.

Looking to learn alot from you guy's and also will give my advise to those that I can help.

I wholesale REO properties here in Chicago,but need your help...I'm looking for an investor friendly title company for double close deals.If anyone have any suggestions ,please reply........Thanks :cool:

We recently used Security First Title in Freeport, Illinois for a double close, and have 5 other files getting ready to close the same way with them. All of these are back to back, same day closings. They are easy to work with. They are outside Chicago, but have no problem sending a runner for the closing. The other option is to work with an real estate attorney in Chicago that is affliated with a title company.
