Plus I can say anyone can technically force dissolution at any time (since the Act I mentioned makes it so anyway) but I guess we will each just acknowledge the fact that such dissolution will cause some headache over appraisal and legal fees - and therefore we prefer to stick to the 4 year plan.By the way, how do you get a fair appraisal in the case of dissolution?

Anyone who knows the car business knows that employees are just cogs in the system, and most car dealership owners would actually prefer for their employees to turn over every 6 months or so -- the reason being that most car salesmen do better in the first 6 months than they will do the rest of their career (crazy but true).Unless you're in the top 5% of salesmen, trust me, your boss doesn't care.

Would much prefer a call when something worthwhile comes up and is worth pursuing.There are those that buy a lot and let agents know they will buy from anyone and that they can buy now if they have something good.You can be loyal if you choose and give her listings but you can work with listing agents on your purchases.If she is really working hard she will find you what you need but she also needs to work the kind of properties you specialize in.

All of the contractors that I know would never pull a permit for any job unless the city knew about the work or the customer wanted a permit.
