I think (and my experience supports) that student rentals can be very profitable if managed correctly.

Part Time agents are part time because they either are newbies and they are not yet making enough income to support themselves or they are part time because they are not able to make enough income to support themselves.

I would try BP support if it is not working.

You can't garnish wages for anything other than unpaid child support and unpaid taxes.

A lot of times it's easier and less expensive to put in inner walls as supports/reinforcements than to replace the foundations.
