I'd heard of it being implemented but figured that was for huge portfolios.Does anyone have experience in owning properties through individual corporations/separate entities to compartmentalize each property individually?

@Casey Johns - Echoing some of the others, use an entity name.I like using a Corp or LLC taxed as Corp for this purpose (which I do), but definitely check with your tax pro for structuring.
