Wholesaling in the US from Canada and how to get started?

Posted

In my situation, I currently live in Toronto, ON and I am interested in wholesaling properties in the US. In terms of operations would it be best to operate under an LLC, corporation, or under myself? Would it be best for me to open up the entity in Canada or in the US? How would tax work in this situation as well, in terms of expenses and such? The locations I would look to wholesale my properties would range from Phoenix, Indiana, Atlanta, and anywhere I could find a good deal. If anyone has any tax professionals that they could recommend or suggestions I'd be happy to hear them. Regardless I just want to say thanks for taking the time to give advice, I really appreciate it.

Best Regards, Nirujan
