A cash out could very well be 50% to 70%, (or they may not do cash outs) depending on the lender so you'll need to ask and shop  around.Each property must be appraised and title insurance obtained on each, so you're not saving much in loan costs except they may close as one transaction, filing fees will be applied to  each property as well.

National bank meant easily transferring funds immediately to kids account free even though they’re in different state, knowing the branch in NC can issue us a bank check for next closing after flying in and learning final amount, paying for new car in Pennsylvania after seeing it and negotiating price, bank branch right down the street.

Thank you,I'm new to this type of investing (more familiar with buying businesses) so I'm cobbling together information from brokers, chatGPT and everything in between to figure out what I need to (at reasonable cost while controlling risk profile) complete an acquisition.Facility is in rural Kansas, and is composed of a portfolio of 4 buildings on 3 parcels. 195 unit count - ~10 years old on average, some are newer (2 years) others older (15+ years)I'm trying to learn what I should watch out for in the process and what studies will be needed to get a good level of comfort before acquiring the facilities
