BP is such a huge RE information hub, but what I wanted to do is tap into the BP members, the people that have made the jump and invested...Please let me know how did you get started in RE investing???

My final comment is, while I agree K-town is a great transit hub and very walkable, do consider that parking in K-town is IMPOSSIBLE.  

Hello everyone, I recently moved to the central Florida area (Lake Wales) from Pennsylvania, Im looking for local meet ups or if anyone has any information on a meet up in this area.

I'm looking for contractors in the central texas area San Antonio, Austin & Killeen Area. 

I think Hong Kong has been haemorrhaging value lately and I live in London so can share some numbers I was just running today because we are deciding whether to do more property here or in the US:I was a bit shocked by my results -- even though I had heard from posh friends who bought in central London around the time of the Brexit referendum that they negotiated discounts of 10% the day after the vote and since then their property fell another 10%.But I was kind of shocked to see the flat / negative return over 7 years in those 2 posh areas.

However, living in San Luis Obispo and observing the market here on the Central Coast has peaked my interest into seller financing, specifically with the high ratio of retirees that are present here.

@Matthew Chalfant it is actually far more worth it in central TX because central TX is far more susceptible to foundation problems than the pacific northwest is just based on geology, so everything you can do to mitigate that risk is helpful.
