Gutters in Central Texas
I have been told by actual engineers that gutters are great for a home because they keep water away from the foundation. According to weather data, we get around 33 inches a year. To put this in perspective, Seattle Washington gets around 37. The biggest difference is that in Texas we get all of the rain in just a few weeks a year.
My question is, is it worth it to install them in Killeen? Do appraisers factor in gutters when they appraise the home? Or is it just a good preventative maintenance step?

@Matthew Chalfant it is actually far more worth it in central TX because central TX is far more susceptible to foundation problems than the pacific northwest is just based on geology, so everything you can do to mitigate that risk is helpful. Not to mention the flatness of TX.
