Remember this is a PEOPLE business, if your not building, growing and maintaining relationships you don't have business. 

This is not about the money it has become about taking control of the business.

Or cities where inventory is moderately increasing but it's below median house price in the nation with a growing population and could attract businesses.

Starting small-size and less levered are always good ideas in the early days.
