It is time to ask for some help making a new strategy for my mixed-use property.Background:I have a mixed use multi-family building in a commercial district zoned as Urban Mix.

Talk to the local building official and get their take on the building's status.

These are 1 bedroom/1bath units, 650sq ft, priced under $700 a month so I dont think its competition from the newer buildings that cant afford to price rent so low.We maintain the units very well and have recently renovated a bunch of them with lvp flooring, new cabinets, etc.

We are waiting on some documentation before we commit 100%.  

- Ability to Partner on Deals With the Mentor: This one sort of builds off the first one, but when my brothers and I started out in the multifamily space, we didn't have a track record or credibility.

My partner and I want to find a bank to open a checking, and obviously build a relationship for later for any financial needs we may have.

My and my soon to be wife both graduated college at the same time and we make a combined $150k/year ($75k each) We are still living at home with our parents to save money, and we want to build wealth in real estate. 

The title company that is located in the building were the foreclosures are held ( they are actually held in the parking lot of said building.)

My questions stems from wanting to take out a 2nd mortgage to build an ADU now while rates or high or keep waiting until rates drop.
