I do not think anyone knows how this will shake out.I have outright stopped buying.

I'm thinking about buying 3 or 4 condos in my area at the same time, I recently gave my info to a mortgage broker and he said with my debt-to-income ratio I can afford to borrow around $160,000.

I guess if I pay as long as I can, then they see there is no money left in my accounts they may accept it or I will stop making payments because it has run me dry.

Borrowers who took out loans they simply couldn't afford.

Obviously the President can't come on TV and tell us to stop going out for dinner and to stock up on beans & rice, but that seems to be what typical American's are missing in the message of its severity, especially considering the price tag.

I can't imagine any circumstance a borrower would go along with this plan if you tell them the truth that you don't plan to pay the mortgage.

If not you can tack a small piece of wood like parting stop(1/2"x3/4") to hold the middle up same for the edges.
