Anyone have any knowledge on where to go as a fresh investor for funding ?

Looking for funding advice.

Right now, your retirement plan most likely has minimal choices to invest in (some stock funds, bonds, ETFs if you are lucky) so you are rather limited in choosing an investment vehicle that will help you reach your goals.From first hand experience, I can tell you that getting a solo 401k was rather easy and I have checks that I write to pay for properties free and clear or to put a down payment if I want to get a loan.

I've been creating funds to start this journey and need some help on where to start.

Just start asking and before you know it all of your deals will be funded.

Any good contracts where I can get my funds and not be sued in the year of 2018 in Washington state?

@shannon Wright When double closing, can I use the end buyer funds (B C) or would I need transactional funding?

By whales I mean big developers, hedge funds, banks etc.

For those who don’t know, these are crowd funding platforms that allow accredited investors (like myself) to invest in syndication deals.
