regretfully I was unable to read it as the print was too small for my phone so I don't know exactly what the lease said.

But what if those charges were printed on the menu?

I just print this off and have my day already out in front of me.It is VERY user friendly, and I haven't found a bad thing about it yet! 

After contracts are signed, do I need to take them to a title company or I just print a copy and keep it ?

I require the tenant show me proof that they have transferred utilities into their name (printout showing account number and start date, once I had to call the power company with tenant as they couldn't print anything out, but I verified it), before I hand over keys.  

Type in the names, terms, etc and it generates a contract that you can print out or make a few final edits then print.

Also make sure you have a print out of it saying an acre on the MLS

Tort, the law of contracts prevails regarding what is and isn't enforceable.A lot of people put stuff in leases that aren't enforceable....unless the tenant succumbs to believing what's printed. 

Yeah like I print him a step by step outline of what went on that year and he misses stuff.

I plan on printing hundreds if not thousands of letters, address lables, etc.
