I'm certainly not advocating or encouraging bankruptcy but if the SHTF in your life why not be aligned to keep the damage as minimal as possible?

At this point, I'd say there is a 50/50 chance that the stars will align and we'll be able to purchase an apartment in Brooklyn in the next 12-18 months (using a separate pool of funds than the ones earmarked for out of state investing). 

It's jobs driven w data / call and distribution centers w jobs salaries nicely aligned to match up MF renter profile.

It seems our values and work ethics align.

Hi Victoria,I would advise you to consider aligning yourself with people who have done it themselves and are continually doing it. 

I would pay more to spread it out, just to better align our interests.  

That’s what really make all the pieces align.

Now people are stealing SSNs and there are web sites that will manufacture paperwork to align with the rest of their history. 

So glad to be able to bounce off ideas on this situation, and see that my perspective aligns with that of the experienced individuals who kindly shared their wisdom.We did refuse to pay her commission and she refused to return the keys to our house.
