One thing I've noticed there is that there's a variety of imaginative real estate solutions for permanent homes, vacation rentals, RV's, etc.

My wife and I love to travel there because of the history and variety of what can be done.

But you’ll find a variety of every type of investor on the site, and everyone is amazingly helpful.

Network before you get there, and try to meet with a variety of folks whom you might collaborate with, in order to invest successfully.

I was happy things were in writing and even had my lawyer review it, but I made…MISTAKE #3: I didn’t listen to her advice when she pointed out issues with exit strategies etc because I was confident we’d never get to that point. 18 months later, yes 18, the house has not sold due to a variety of reasons. - construction was severely delayed due to our first contractor walking with his deposit and then the polar vortex of spring 2014- the realtor the investor chose wasn’t located in our neighborhood and wasn’t doing his job (our new realtor told us she could never show the house because the alarm codes didn’t work, something no one was aware of)- hideous photos being used, and a complete unwillingness by the investor to get better ones.- the property not being properly looked after resulting in a broken furnace this winter which of course led to burst pipes.

They offer a variety of times.

We all tend to talk a good game, but you can quickly filter through the BS by interviewing and comparing a variety of agents. 

Also leading to more variety of exact locations, forcing a much higher level or professionalism in pegging exact such markets. 

So trying to assemble information about comparable sales from a variety of  of sources like from the original source is important.  

I'm young as well and am working with a variety of different investor clients, and its all because I know what I'm talking about.
