It's highly unlikely that you'll find something like this, and if you do, the max loan is likely to be no more than the value of the land minus any demo costs.

This is a messy situation for the ex- couple.

And it sounds like this deal is stressing you, so time to move on in my humble opinion.

But even if buying it cash and then financing it, lenders won't finance the dwelling portion... which means more money.Now, I am trying to pivot and thinking of the next good option.

First there is no pictures of people or who this company is.

I've been waiting for this property to come up for sale.

I realize now that I should have 1) signed a contract with the company with expected dates and payments as things got done and 2) figured out beforehand if this company is even competent.

Again, this is not guaranteed and not scalable.
