Due to the title company taking an extra 8 days to return my funds, Nick lost out on exactly $5944.This is exactly why it is so important to have a quality title company and rep to handle BOTH the A to B and B to C transactions.

I will say that it does not come right off the bat, it takes a lot of participation and effort on your part, but the fruits of your labor WILL in fact be rewarded if you apply yourself here.Rich and I are just another example of how coming to this site and creating business relationships and partnerships is so advantageous, you would be a fool to not get involved.Rich and I now offer to fund all of the short sale investors here on BP and abroad.

I hear what Larry and Scott have said and agree to a point with the exception of the following: The wording does stipulate "contemplating" which can be construed as anything (especially when title does transfer a few days there after, it is obvious it WAS in fact contemplated at the time.)The wording is so loose and open ended and after speaking with Cory via phone on this matter and suggesting he start this thread, we were hoping to get all your insight as well as our own thoughts.I certainly can fund the A to B with the bank's title and have Cory set up a second escrow at his own and then do the B to C.

In some buildings, the carpet has to be replaced between each tenant, because the carpet is so damaged that he can't clean it enough to make it useable-- and he is the best carpet cleaner I've ever seen.

Off season equipment doesnt sell as high.think I paid like 150 dollars for a 3 ton unit I last boughtthey are alot like storm doors,,,no sense buying new when used is so cheap

I have a buyer agent which we get along pretty well as a person but she paralyze whenever i am making certain offers, either she thinks the bank or the other party will reject them. few times we bump head but still she wont submit any offer than not typical or straight from the RE book. i have been thinking of dumping her she is so ice a great to me.

One thing I am sure of, I want to be a wholesaler and I want to find deals but there is SO MUCH conflicting information to sift through and EVERYONE has their own 5 cd course they want you to buy.
