Fresh plywood on the house?

I’m literally two blocks from the Bronx Zoo and walking distance to the Botanical gardens this would be a highly desirable area should the Bronx go the way of Brooklyn. 

Keep the place clean, fresh towels, provide good customer service, make it easy to get in and get out (smart locks), guides to fun/cool places, etc. 

If I was fresh out of school I would explore the North Hills area in Raleigh.

Asked the BP community for advise on the bathroom before and it was super helpful, so hoping I could get some good input for the garden as well!

I'm wondering if it's a better idea to fix up old cabinets with fresh paint, new hardware, and maybe even adding moulding.

We sold our house in Kansas City, there was no way to create cash flow and keep it, so we figured it was best to sell and use the money and some other savings to begin our journey fresh.

The people with a 20 year old kitchen probably won't expect the same $ as their neighbor with the shiny new kitchen, fresh coat of paint and new landscaping.Two targets might be Seniors with Long-time Ownership and Owners with Low Financial Stability Scores (FSS).

My home has a backyard, small little garden.

Take photos of everything in the home prior to handing over to tenant- every light switch, every baseboard, drawers inand out, etc  So that when they move out, there is no debate as to the condition it was left to them.Be clear in the lease of who is responsible for what- pest control, gardening, repairs, etc.
