Hello! My name is Joey, and my wife and I are moving to Colorado Springs this summer. I have been doing a lot of research and learning (Books and Podcasts mostly) and am excited to hopefully start my rental property investments in the near future. My wife is on board (mostly lol). We sold our house in Kansas City, there was no way to create cash flow and keep it, so we figured it was best to sell and use the money and some other savings to begin our journey fresh. We are going to rent a house and hopefully begin buying properties soon. If anyone has good recommendations for realtors/contractors in Colorado Springs, or better yet, if anyone would want to send me info on local investment groups or meet me in person I would love to get involved with the local rental community. I also will have a decent amount of free time for the next 8-12 months and would not mind giving someone some free labor if someone doesn't mind teaching me how to do some normal house projects.
