3/20/20 Update: My closings have now become entirely mail only.

I have another business outside of RE (marketing) and can't spend 2 hours per day / 5x per week networking...I've thought about direct mail to draw in investors (you can't blatantly ask on the first send), but  hear there's a lot of gray area. 

Nothing worse than having to drive 30 minutes to fix something or pick up a check (have your tenants mail them), etc.  

Did you get an e-mail right away?

in states that rely a lot on attorney closings and physical signings and dont have E recordings are going to be hampered.WE do all of ours as mail away and i have in house notary so not an issue for me.. and then the counties have E recording..

Then I will e-file all my state and federal tax returns at the same time in August.
