That book led me to The Book on Flipping Houses by J Scott, and I am now in the process of reading The Art of the Slow Flip by Scott Jelinek.

But I don’t care, I’ll never sell them except to buy something bigger/nicer.

We need all the way from lawn care, pest treatment to plumbers and electricians.

Having a bunch of debt is risky so tread carefully.

I have a similar story - health care for 30 years, looking to scale via BRRRR. 

I have clients who only care about cash flow, and I have others who focus on long term growth/appreciation.
