Because there is not a standard way to underwrite private notes, there is no way to compare apples to apples when assessing risk.

Luckily, thanks to reading the Bigger Pockets forum threads, I was able to ask the right questions in order to do an apple-to-apple comparison.

Sometimes the listing agent will communicate through text or even the Showing Time app if they don't have time to reply to each offer individually. 

But There are property management tools/ apps to deal with requests. for laundry, you can get coin / credit card operated machines.

A small profolio of 5 units- looking to manage my properties more efficiently-I was thinking of Cozy- HOWEVER I'm living outside the US- and the site is blocked to whoever is not logging in from the US.Thus- every time I would like to log-in as a landlord- I will need to use a VPN service...So I was thinking of using the Zillow Rental Manager- which is (kind of) free, available outside the states, and has an app (no VPN needed).

Long story short I was trying to create the perfect bigger pockets profile but, when it comes down to it that is not possible when you don’t have any experience on the app or in the real estate game.
