Has anyone ever run into an issue where the inspection contingency has caused their cash offer not to be accepted.

This could potentially cause you problems in a 1031 ... doing seller financing is tricky.

We plan to get on listsource and mail absentee owners with 50-70% equity in the property, but I know there are other events like tax liens, divorce, etc. that cause people to want to sell.

I dont know what they are called but I want to replace these ones cause they look droopy.

If evaluating something like this be aware that even though it may be grandfathered in...the fire marshal can deem that the homes are too close based on safety concerns and rule that you can’t bring in new homes 

What if the tenant causes a huge mess and then disappears to stick you with the cleanup?

@Namit Raisurana, on the surface of it, are you sure you need to concern yourself over $3,500 (0.7%), when it'll get you double the amount you'd get otherwise?

Attorney says - the title will have both the names.. though we have not seen the title..But my partner is very concerned.
