A lender that sells to the open market and doesn't keep the loan, probably won't give you a traditional mortgage in the LLC.  

Money is cheap through traditional financing.

I can tell you that many traditional lenders order and receive title insurance all the time for properties that they expect to buy back from a sheriff's sale.
