I think his stuff is pretty good, his later books seem to have more fluff and less solid material. 

Its tough to say if you are missing anything.

I also get on the phone with them and ask some tough questions. 

It is more about character and self determination than inner "stories" that would almost never materialize...

It's pretty tough to do a retail flip on a property under $100K.

If its to tough to get off scrap off what is loose then apply 2 coats of polyurethane then mud and sand it smooth Or Simple hot water and vinegar to remove

Based on what I did, read the material before class so that it's easier to highlight and take notes, study often, memorize the terms (which it sounds like you are working on with note cards) and make sure when you do the review questions, that you understand why the wrong answers are wrong and not just why the right answer is right.  

You will get "telephone tough guys" who have spent 30 minutes dreaming up things to say to you.

From what Ive read its best to start in a larger city, which is tough being most areas around the Cherry Hill area are smaller townships.
