I'm going to guess that it is all Park Owned homes though unless this is in a major city with $600+ lot rents.

Hey my guy, I read through lots of posts and honestly guessed on a few of the expenses.

The exterior is terrible and needs to be redone, the inside looks bad too with the ceiling and walls falling apart, and I'm guessing the hvac and other systems will need to be replaced.My question is, can somebody give me a ballpark estimate of how much it would cost to rehab this house?

I'm guessing if they turn me down 8.50% is too low for the hard money lender route...

@Logan I.Back in the day it was 100% tax free, our predecessors abused it and we’re stuck with your second guess.

I guess my only worry is using pretty much ALL of my available money to get this property in a time crunch.
