Full rehab cost in Louisville, KY?
Hello everyone. I've been looking at a house that is vacant and boarded up. From what I can see, it looks like it needs a full rehab. The exterior is terrible and needs to be redone, the inside looks bad too with the ceiling and walls falling apart, and I'm guessing the hvac and other systems will need to be replaced.
My question is, can somebody give me a ballpark estimate of how much it would cost to rehab this house? It is about 1000 sq ft with 1 bed 1 bath. Thanks.
