As an experienced investor I would not lock up a contract and commit funding if I did not have some sense of who was going to do the work.

If you are working with agents then it might get trickier because agents have to use the 2-T Standard Purchase Agreements which do not allow for the contract to be assigned.

I always recommend the book “Rich dad, Poor dad” by Robert T.

I know that this means to drop the excuses of how you can't or aren't able to reach your goal, to commit to an actionable plan, to understand your intrinsic and extrinsic reasons why, and to focus on following through on the objective- even though it will be uncomfortable.

If people were responsible with it all would be fine, but there not, there greedy and self serving, happy to commit mass harm for personal profit.
