Hey @Mark Solomon, the thought seems feasible but I don’t think that’s possible on a commercial unit being anything greater than 4 units. 

I'm in the Augusta area so not too familiar with Beech Island rental rates, but $650 for a 2 bedroom/1 bath is in line with some of the lower income/class C areas.  

Evening BP,                   I have been watching RI RE especially Aquidneck Island and it seems to be due for some type of correction, I was wondering if anyone else felt the same? 

Reason for the post is we want to see if there is an existing inventory checklist out there for bathrooms, kitchens, and finishing a basement (we are new at this so just want to be proactive vs reactive in addition to budgeting as best as we can).Work:1) Adding net new full bathroom & 2 half bathrooms2) Gutting old Kitchen and creating net new kitchen (Open concept, sink & DW in the island etc.)3) Finishing the basement (about 800-850 sq ft of new living space)Appreciate any and all responses!

Hey Long Island,looking to get some ideas about good lenders.

Our goal was to look closely at the Gulf Coast which we did from South Padre Island all the way to Tampa hugging the coast In mid January.

I have moved to Auburn, Maine from Long Island, NY and want to begin a future in Real Estate Investing.

I am looking for any and all insight into Astoria Queens NY, and Long Island City NY areas.
