Should I use paid, targeted advertising on Facebook or other social platforms (this I have practically 0 knowledge of)?

We just got an offer accepted on a Condo on Kauai and our next move is to purchase a multi family in the Beaverton, OR area.I’m hoping to network and gain valuable insight from this forum as well as provide any personal success and challenge experience from the standpoint of an active duty military member who has purchased and sold multiple homes.

If that does not help, then you may think about using social media to pressure your agent.

Sit on the sidelines, pass on many deals or accept a lower return rate and continue increasing cash flow across an expanding portfolio.

Sorry, but a sharp agent will walk all over Mom.Does Mom know how to vet a buyer *before* accepting an offer? 

The counter review staff are not sophisticated land use/planning experts, their job is to review the engineering acceptability of what you're proposing.

And once you accept the lower rent it will be harder to raise it.  

If buyers want out it is up to sellers what they wants to do-Keep the EMD, accept the next highest buyer etc.
