I would love feedback on the process and steps I should take to build everything out and in what order.

I wanted to add that I have been a skeptic of Roofstock in the past and voiced some concerns over process and control for buyers on that platform.  

There doesn't seem to be any incentive to buy when you eventually want to sell.

It's very risky having an alteria motive when going through these processes.

In-laws goals: downsize from their current property, have a constant rent payment going forward (on fixed income), and avoid a situation where the landlord wants to sell property while they are renting.

I feel like I'm just waiting for the process to move along and I want to take action but I am a bit lost as to what I can really do.

I have talked to 3 other very interested potential tenants, but have not had them do application because I was trying to get information from students and didn't want the others to pay a application fee if I end up renting to students, but that may not be the correct process.
