Depending on the commercial space, I'd say no again.

Just put up pole building at personal home so goal is to move items over and rent the outbuilding at rental as storage space in the near future.

I am looking for advice or options to get either a portfolio loan or a type of commercial loan where I can take some of my properties off my personal credit to free up some spaces for new low interest loans. 

I know some seniors who rent out part of their home, they still have their own space and are not renting rooms.I know you know this, but the time to plan is before they get close to retirement age.

It is the largest industrial cannabis space in Los Angeles County.

Is it worth trying to squeeze another small bedroom into it, it has decent space, but would still be a smaller bedroom.

I am getting a very interesting education on these assets and the statute of limitations especially on lines of credit are very important to understand.Just curious if anyone plays in this space and can share some experience as well

Relax and be grateful you are in North Carolina and not a more "landlord unfriendly" state.That cleaning service is cluelesss and is just throwing crap against the wall hoping it will stick.Did you contract for their service? 

Most of the value was placed through the furnishings/stagings to make the space feel like a cozy hotel room.
