Charged off equity lines of credit

Curious if others have bought charged off loans and loans that were equity lines and now in first position. I am getting a very interesting education on these assets and the statute of limitations especially on lines of credit are very important to understand.

Just curious if anyone plays in this space and can share some experience as well

Learned a lot. Very state specific

example a note signed under seal vs not Under seal makes a difference

If it was a second / line of credit statute of limitations start when charged off.

Can report further once I complete a final review with attorneys
