If I do a Cash out I generally want to know I have another long term vehicle where I can reinvest the cash. 

I like to encourage people, because REI is an increadible vehicle and I have seen a lot of people grow with it over the years.

Only thing that is not is the railing and the stairs.

I usually rail on new wholesalers, but I want to say that you are off to a good start.

We rented our vehicles several months ago from the Larry Miller Enterprise Dealership.

It was a vehicle upon which I moved around on in my early years, garnering a respectable income.

Do we have to reinvest all of our profits in order to not get taxed or can we just reinvest enough for a downpayment and then use the rest of the profit towards a business vehicle, etc...?

So the county is not the determining factor for us, but where is the city growing, new industry, jobs, new schools, rail, highways, etc.  

I knew I wanted to start investing but then I didn’t know not to park my money in a vehicle that has limited investment options.
