If there are persistent mental health issues, there are also agencies in many areas that are interested in getting people into long-term, stable housing; one in my area has a "Bridges" program that pays for the deposit and first month's rent to secure housing.I agree with everyone here that mom & pops usually have more relaxed requirements.

I am assuming that we all agree that the current drawn out system with multiple steps and delays (not to mention scheduling nightmares) is fine due to the health crisis, but to make it permanent pursuant to statute is bad policy and fundamentally alters the summary nature of the old FED process.

So there's no reason to believe this current health crisis will equate to a housing crisis.

There is a  prorated exemption for certain employment or health reasons. 

In real estate, there are some niches that might benefit from being well known and you can promote the heck out of yourself and your business.

Either way these projects, whether private or public, do promote job creation and job growth.

  ( and you get a web page, landing page and a bunch of other stuff, once you have that you can promotes as well on your own Social media.
